Every item at NinaLoop3D is printed to order, specifically for you.

Made-to-order goods

Because each piece is made especially for your order, it's exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to custom and personalised goods. We're not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we'll put it right — with a replacement, repair, or refund. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery, with a photo where possible, using the contact form.
